Product Introduction
Baypure Magnetic Cell-free DNA (cfDNA) Kit uses Magnetic Beads with a unique separation effect and a unique buffer system to separate and purify high-quality free DNA from samples with a volume of 2-5 ml of serum and plasma. The unique embedded magnetic beads have a strong affinity for nucleic acids under certain conditions. When the conditions change, the magnetic beads release the adsorbed nucleic acids, which can achieve the purpose of rapid separation and purification of nucleic acids. The whole process is safe and convenient. The extracted free nucleic acid has high yield, high purity, stable and reliable quality, and is especially suitable for automatic extraction of high-throughput workstations.
