Product Introduction

Baypure Magnetic Bacteria Genomic DNA Kit adopts a unique buffer system and Magnetic Beads with unique separation effect, which is not only suitable for the extraction of genomic DNA from Gram-negative bacteria, but also from Gram-positive bacteria. This kit can also be applied to extract the genome of food pathogens (microorganisms). It can quickly extract and purify 10-40μg of pure genomic DNA from 1-5 ml of bacterial culture. It can ensure high concentration and high purity of the extraction, and can fully meet the needs of various downstream experiments.
