Product Introduction

This kit is specially designed for high purity DNA extraction from FFPE samples. There is no need to use toxic phenol and chloroform extraction during the extraction process, nor need for time-consuming alcohol precipitation. It can also be used with different extraction platforms for efficient Nucleic Acid Extraction. The DNA purified by this kit can be applied to various routine operations, including restriction enzyme digestion, PCR, fluorescent quantitative PCR, library construction, Southern hybridization, chip detection, high-throughput sequencing and other experiments.

Product Features

·Convenient: Under the principle of magnetic bead adsorption, the extraction of genomic DNA is simple and quick. Total operation with the instrument needs 25 minutes the shortest.

·Good quality and high purity: The extracted genomic DNA is of good quality, high purity and good integrity. The extracted nucleic acid can be directly used in downstream experiments.

Downstream Application

Storage

This product is valid for 12 months under dry conditions at room temperature (20～25℃). Please refer to the package for batch number of the product.
