Product Introduction

Baypure Magnetic Stool Nucleic Acid kit is suitable for extracting high-purity total nucleic acid from 50-150 mg freshly collected fecal samples. Using unique humic acid adsorbent and magnetic bead purification technology. The humic acid adsorbent can efficiently adsorb inhibitory factors in DNA solution. During the extraction process, there is no need of toxic phenol/chloroform or ethanol precipitation. The isolated DNA can be directly used for PCR, virus DNA detection, bacterial DNA detection and other experiments.
